Co-op/Internship (Independence Construction)

Independence Construction is seeking college students enrolled in civil engineering, construction management, or related programs to join as co‑ops or interns. Participants will rotate through estimating, assistant engineering, and field roles, gaining hands‑on experience with project planning, safety inspections, and subcontractor coordination. The positions require full‑time commitment (40+ hours per week) during a semester away from school and involve some travel.
