Co-Response Clinician

Embedded within the Barnstable Police Department, the Co-Response Clinician works alongside officers to provide crisis response and support to individuals in need. The role involves on-scene de-escalation, mental status assessments, and risk evaluations to ensure the safety of both the individual and the community. This position requires collaboration with law enforcement and community members to address mental health and substance use crises effectively.
