Co-Team Lead

The Co-Team Lead provides day-to-day management and operational support for the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program, ensuring veterans and their families achieve and maintain permanent housing. This role involves supervising case management staff, conducting client assessments, coordinating outreach and community partnerships, and managing program documentation and reporting. The position serves as a key liaison between clients, landlords, and community resources to facilitate rapid re-housing and wraparound services.
