Coach-Assistant

The Assistant Coach position at the Junior High level focuses on enhancing individual and team performance while fostering sportsmanship, character building, and team development. This role requires the ability to execute and perform the knowledge and skills specific to the assigned sport, adhering to MSHSAA coaching certification standards. The position involves performing coaching duties under the direction of the Head Coach and Activities Director, regardless of weather conditions.
