STRIDE Fitness Southlands is seeking a high-energy Certified Personal Trainer to lead signature 55-minute high-intensity classes that combine treadmill intervals with floor-based strength training. The role involves managing two sides of the room simultaneously, providing clear cueing, and adapting workouts for various fitness levels while maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment. Coaches are expected to motivate members, build relationships, and contribute to membership sales by representing the brand both in and out of the studio.
