Coach

The FCA Coach serves as both a sports leader and a spiritual mentor, responsible for coaching athletes in their sport while engaging, equipping, and empowering them to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. This role involves leading practices, games, and ministry events to foster a Christ-centered team culture while ensuring the recruiting, training, and development of volunteers and athletes. The position requires maintaining open communication with athletes, parents, and leadership while upholding FCA's core values and safety standards.
