Coach

The Coach provides leadership and expertise regarding the rules, strategies, and techniques for the assigned activity, utilizing knowledge of specific equipment, physical fitness, and safety to prepare participants mentally and physically to compete at the highest level. The role involves preparing successful practice and game plans, providing leadership to staff, and encouraging student participation to achieve maximum potential. The position requires maintaining equipment, supervising all areas of participation, and ensuring compliance with MSHSL rules and school district policies.
