Coach

The Coach is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations and physical environment of the We Rock the Spectrum gym, ensuring the safety of children during open play, and managing reservations using Mindbody software. This role involves supervising the gym, assisting with curriculum implementation, and providing personalized member service while promoting programs and events. The position requires working after school hours and on weekends, with potential evening shifts for private rentals and community events.
