Coach

The Coach at Holland High School is responsible for instructing athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training to achieve individual and team success. The role involves mentoring student-athletes to develop character traits, self-discipline, and confidence while ensuring compliance with athletic policies and regulations. The position requires serving as a role model and managing all aspects of the sports program under the direction of the athletic director.
