Coach

The Coach provides leadership and expertise regarding the rules, strategies, and techniques for the assigned activity, utilizing knowledge of specific equipment, physical fitness, and safety to prepare participants mentally and physically to compete at the highest level. The role involves preparing successful practice and game plans, motivating participants to achieve their maximum potential, and maintaining equipment and uniforms. The position requires supervising all areas of participation and working collaboratively with staff, families, and community resources while ensuring compliance with school district regulations and MSHSL rules.
