About this role
The STEP Coastal Conservation Intern with The Nature Conservancy (Virginia) is a 10-week, full-time seasonal internship within the Virginia Coast Reserve that provides hands-on experience in coastal conservation, habitat restoration, and public outreach. The program includes a two-day orientation, professional development webinars, a group field trip, and concludes with interns presenting their experiences to TNC Virginia staff.
