Coastal Engineer

This role focuses on the planning, design, and implementation of coastal engineering projects across the Gulf Coast, South Atlantic Ocean coast, and the Caribbean, emphasizing flood protection, shoreline stabilization, habitat restoration, and resilience planning. The position involves supporting the delivery of coastal infrastructure projects, performing hydrodynamic modeling, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop climate adaptation strategies. Candidates will assist with permitting processes, prepare technical documents, and conduct field assessments to address unique coastal challenges like storm surge and hurricane impacts.
