Coater Apprentice

The Coater Apprentice is a two-year program focused on learning the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all equipment on the coating line. The role requires mastering safety protocols, proper tool usage, and mechanical methods while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. Apprentices must demonstrate dependability, enthusiasm, and the ability to perform duties efficiently to remain in the program.
