Coater Operator - 3rd Shift

This role is responsible for demonstrating operator efficiency, safety, and quality by thoroughly understanding all Coater stations and following emulsion and silicone coating processes. The operator will perform quality control testing, compound materials, and operate machinery to produce products within process specifications. The position requires maintaining a clean work environment, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
