Coating Process Lead

This role leads the day-to-day technical execution of the coating process, ensuring safe operation, throughput, quality, and continuous improvement. The position acts as the primary technical owner for coating chemistry, equipment capability, process parameters, and troubleshooting. The individual is responsible for establishing standard operating windows, leading start-ups and trials, and driving root-cause corrective actions for line issues. The role also involves coordinating preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and tracking key performance indicators to prioritize continuous improvement.
