Coatings Supervisor

The Coatings Supervisor oversees the coatings department within Vertiv Fabrication Structures/Modular construction operations, ensuring all coating work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project requirements. This hands-on leadership role involves managing up to 60+ personnel, providing technical guidance, and maintaining quality assurance and safety standards. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, operational performance analysis, and experience in industrial coatings and team leadership.
