About this role
The IT Program & Delivery Senior Manager at Pluxee will own the Convergence program to support Cobee's post-merger integration and expansion across Spain, Portugal and Mexico. Reporting to the Global VP Governance & IT Transformation, the role coordinates global and local teams to align IT and business initiatives with company strategy across multiple functions. This is a senior, hybrid role based in Madrid focused on driving multi-country program outcomes.
