Code Compliance Supervisor

The Code Compliance Supervisor leads a team of up to seven full-time employees responsible for a high-volume portfolio of code compliance work across Greensboro, managing approximately 1,000 active cases each month. This leadership role focuses on balancing technical expertise, consistent enforcement, and respectful service to ensure safe, well-maintained buildings and neighborhoods. The position involves providing operational and technical oversight, staff development, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support the city's strategic goals.
