Code Enforcement Officer

This position enforces compliance with City codes and ordinances for residential and commercial building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire-related construction work, as well as minimum property maintenance. The role involves conducting field inspections, issuing notices for violations, and participating in investigations for liquor and home office licensing. The officer also handles public communications, mediates disputes, and represents the Building Division in court.
