About this role
This position assigns diagnosis and procedure codes (ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS) and ensures appropriate DRG/APC assignments for inpatient and outpatient hospital encounters to maintain accurate data for research, reporting, quality improvement, and reimbursement. The role supports revenue integrity and compliance by ensuring accurate coding and maintaining the integrity of the clinical database. The position is based at Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT.
