Coding Compliance Auditor

The Coding Compliance Auditor is responsible for performing internal and external coding audits to ensure data quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance for CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS code assignments. The role involves direct coding for various client specialties, including professional fees, hospital outpatient, surgical, observation, and inpatient claims. Additionally, the auditor provides education, training, and mentoring to staff while assisting with process improvements and reimbursement optimization.
