Coding Operations Manager

This role involves organizing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Coding department, leading research and analysis of coding work queues, and supervising staff who review and code medical records. The position ensures optimum reimbursement through accurate and timely coding of inpatient and outpatient services while reviewing coding quality audit data for improvement opportunities. The role requires strong leadership skills to direct, monitor, and evaluate the Coding team.
