Coding Supervisor

The Coding Supervisor organizes and coordinates the daily operations of the coding team to ensure consistent productivity and efficient operations. This role involves monitoring productivity and coding accuracy while ensuring compliance with coding job competencies. The position also requires performing direct coding for assigned clients across various specialties, including professional fees, hospital outpatient, surgical, observation, and inpatient.
