Coding Supervisor

The Coding Supervisor provides first-line supervision for the Medical Coding Team, including Charge Entry and Certified Professional Coders, under the direction of the Manager of Physician Services. This role focuses on daily supervision, monitoring quality and productivity performance, and ensuring compliance with official policies and standard procedures. The position also involves onboarding new staff, providing feedback, and communicating documentation concerns to clinical office managers and physicians.
