COE Engineer, Manufacturing Cost, Design-to-Value, and Producibility

The COE Engineer will help build a new Center of Excellence focused on cost transparency, manufacturability, producibility, and design‑to‑value for complex aerospace, defense, and advanced industrial products. The role involves analyzing component designs, manufacturing processes, and supplier economics to develop cost models and actionable recommendations for design optimization, sourcing strategy, and cost reduction. The position works at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial strategy, supporting client‑facing problem solving and the development of reusable tools and methodologies.
