Cogeneration Plant Supervisor

The Cogeneration Plant Supervisor leads and mentors the Facilities Services team to ensure the safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant operation of Union College's central plant. This role involves direct oversight of steam, chilled water, and power generation systems, including managing daily operations, maintenance activities, and campus-wide utility distribution. The position requires strong leadership in team management, budgeting, and safety compliance while actively participating in plant operations.
