Coherent Optical System Architect

Nokia is seeking a Coherent Optical System Architect to contribute to the development of leading coherent MODEMs based on next-generation coherent photonic integrated circuits. The role involves working with early prototype hardware to characterize performance, provide feedback to engineering teams, and optimize system performance through tradeoffs between optical, electrical, and digital capabilities. The position requires ownership of optical design, optimization methods, and stabilization techniques to push optical systems to higher baud rates.
