Cold Caller/ Appointment Setter

The role involves handling inbound calls and cold calling prospects to set up appointments for salespeople, as well as emailing clients to answer questions, schedule or reschedule meetings, and confirm appointments. The incumbent will maintain detailed call logs, enter data into the company’s database, and perform other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
