Cold Heading Operator

The Cold Heading Operator is responsible for running and maintaining production equipment, including cold heading and roll threading machines, to meet customer needs. This role involves troubleshooting machinery, reading blueprints, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring parts are manufactured to specification. The operator also inspects tooling, performs adjustments for quality control, and may train less experienced team members.
