Cold Section Module Center Supervisor

The role provides direction and leadership to skilled bargaining‑unit employees in the Cold Section Module Center, overseeing daily supervisory duties, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The incumbent drives safety, quality, production, material procurement, and cost‑reduction efforts while ensuring strong employee engagement and adherence to the Standard Production System.
