Coldstore Operative

The Coldstore Operative is responsible for accurately picking and packing customers' frozen orders for dispatch in a timely manner, working in a -20°C environment with provided protective clothing. This role supports the office team and contributes to improving operational efficiencies while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service. The position reports to the Driver Supervisor and Senior Freezer Operative within the Wiltshire Farm Foods team.
