Collaborative Impact Teacher

The Collaborative Impact Teacher is responsible for intensively coaching 6-8 teachers on their caseload while also teaching students through various models. This role involves leading a team of teachers and support staff to meet the principal's standards of excellence, establishing team roles and goals, and organizing instruction to ensure high-progress learning for every child. The position requires a balance of teaching and coaching time to build instructional capacity and provide feedback to the principal on team development.
