About this role
The Collateral Review Associate (SFR) is part of Setpoint’s in-house due diligence team responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness of property- and loan-related documentation for single-family and multi-family transactions. The role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, provides deal status reports to clients, and supports operational and compliance processes. It reports to the Director of SFR Transactions and operates within Setpoint’s hybrid office model.
