Collection Manager

This role supports the United States Central Command J23 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance branch by developing and approving collection requirements to reduce intelligence gaps and drive allocation decisions. The position involves coordinating with components to create clearly articulated collection requirements and translating intelligence needs into actionable tasks. Success in this role requires fusing doctrinal practices with emerging technological advancements to effectively manage the ISR cycle.
