About this role

This role involves collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to resolve billing issues and support cash application. Key duties include executing collection strategies, reconciling accounts, processing credits, and managing dunning processes to improve receivable performance. The position also requires tracking overdue accounts, performing credit risk assessments, and coordinating with Legal for advanced recovery efforts.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and statement issues
Execute and refine collection strategies to improve receivable performance
Reconcile orders, validate credits, and process unapplied cash
Monitor auto-dunning processes and escalate credit risks when necessary
Coordinate with Legal teams on accounts requiring litigation or recovery
