Collections Analyst

The Collections Analyst supports the North America business by managing a portfolio of credit customers and driving the timely collection of outstanding invoices. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers to improve cash flow visibility and resolve payment issues. The position requires collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Credit teams to support accurate forecasting and compliance activities.
