Collections Associate

The Collections Associate supports the timely collection and resolution of outstanding insurance balances to achieve organizational revenue cycle goals. This role involves account follow-up, claim rejection resolution, supplemental payer billing, and analysis of Tier 4, 5, and 6 accounts to maintain healthy accounts receivable and improve cash flow. The position is initially office-based with potential for remote work after 120 days based on performance.
