Collections Manager

This role is responsible for managing all collections processes for an allocated portfolio in the assigned CD/Area, focusing on targets for resolution, normalization, recovery, and return on recovery. The position involves overseeing vendor and field executive performance, formulating incentive plans, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance and data security guidelines. Success is measured by portfolio coverage, resolution rates, absolute recovery, and process adherence.
