Collections Officer

The Collections Officer works within the Centralized Collections and Recovery Team to manage a queue of delinquent accounts, aiming to bring customer accounts up-to-date through various collection tools and negotiations. The role involves making numerous daily calls to inform customers of overdue dues, negotiate repayment plans, and resolve payment issues while adhering to fair and respectful customer treatment guidelines. The position requires meeting performance targets, identifying irregularities, and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.
