Collections Officer

This role involves taking full ownership of end-to-end collections for high-value, high-volume Non-Grocery accounts to protect cash flow and control risk. The Collections Officer will manage complex accounts, reduce overdue balances, resolve invoice issues, and ensure accounts receivable performance meets agreed targets. The position requires collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to execute collection strategies and contribute to process improvements.
