Collections Operations Manager

The Collections Operations Manager will own, challenge, and scale Félix's U.S. consumer-lending collections function through hands-on strategic leadership. This role involves redesigning the collections operating model, developing data-driven repayment strategies, and implementing the necessary technology and controls to drive operational performance. The position requires balancing portfolio performance, compliant contact practices, and an empathetic customer experience for a largely Spanish-speaking, Latino customer base.
