Collections Operations Manager

The Collections Operations Manager will own, challenge, and scale Félix's U.S. consumer-lending collections function, redesigning the operating model and developing data-driven repayment strategies. This hands-on leadership role involves implementing technology, driving portfolio performance, and ensuring compliance while building and leading a high-performing team. The position requires balancing portfolio performance with empathetic customer experience for a largely Spanish-speaking, Latino customer base.
