Collections Rep

The Collections Rep analyzes and collects monies due on new and existing customer accounts, researching and resolving past-due balances. The role involves investigating invoice discrepancies, identifying root causes for payment barriers, and processing billing adjustments. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a team-oriented environment.
