Collections Specialist I

The Collections Specialist I serves as the first point of contact for customer billing issues and past due balances, ensuring timely repayment plans and proper collection efforts to minimize revenue loss. This role focuses on monitoring and resolving past due balances, setting up new customers for billing, and researching billing and payment inquiries. The specialist coordinates responses to invoicing questions and complaints, escalates advanced issues, and works closely with Collections and Billing teams to resolve day-to-day payment issues.
