Collections Specialist I

The Collections Specialist manages consumer and business deposit accounts that are overdrawn, delinquent, or charged off, performing early-stage and recovery collection activities. This high-volume, telephone-based role involves negotiating payment arrangements, processing payments, and explaining the Bank's overdraft program to clients. The position requires sound judgment, respectful client communication, and consistent adherence to Bank policy and applicable laws.
