Collections Specialist

The Collections Specialist engages with clients to identify the root cause of payment disruptions and works to resolve accounts in full or establish acceptable payment arrangements. This role involves handling a high volume of client calls to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans while maintaining compliance with bank protocols and legal guidelines.
