Collections Specialist

The Collections Specialist will pursue collections of past-due projects, parts, service, and SSA invoices while acting as a customer advocate to improve collections and administration. The role involves following up on outstanding accounts, processing refunds and write-offs, and maintaining detailed records in the Collections Management system. This position aims to improve cash receipts and support the corporate goal of reducing Net Working Capital.
