Collections Specialist

This role is responsible for managing late and delinquent loan accounts by conducting follow-up calls, visits, and maintaining accurate records. The position involves reviewing accounts daily, sending notices, responding to payment arrangements, and assisting with collateral liquidation and GAP insurance claims. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulations and support the Member Resolution Manager with various collection-related tasks.
