Collections Specialist

The Collections Specialist supports all divisions of GCBT in managing past due collections by utilizing established policies and procedures to mitigate risk and maximize financial recovery. This in-person role involves coordinating with attorneys, internal staff, clients, and account debtors to resolve significant matters and negotiate monetary resolutions. The position requires managing assigned accounts, preparing legal documentation, and providing regular status updates to supervisors within a deadline-intensive environment.
