Collections Specialist

The Collections Specialist manages and resolves past-due accounts, particularly those resulting from Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) payments, to support the financial health of the YMCA. This role involves timely and professional communication with members, resolving account issues, and establishing payment arrangements while upholding the organization's core values. The position also includes proactive member retention efforts and collaboration with Membership and Finance teams to maintain account standing.
